Returns & Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in the same condition as received
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Before sending any item back, you must contact our support team for approval.
Please email us at help@bevlairmont.com and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Clear images of the product showing its current condition
Our team will review your request and inform you whether the return or exchange has been approved. We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Inspection & Approval
Once the returned item is received at our facility, it will go through a quality inspection.
- If the product meets our return conditions, the refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
- If the product does not meet our return conditions, the request may be refused and the item returned to the customer at their expense.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed within up to 25 calendar days after the returned item has passed inspection.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Once the returned item is approved after inspection, exchanges are processed immediately.
- The replacement product will be dispatched as soon as approval is confirmed.
- In the event that the requested exchange item is out of stock, our team will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Vlairmont piece is crafted to last. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a lifetime warranty covering any manufacturing defects or natural wear resulting from the production process.
If your piece presents any such issue at any point, please reach out to our team at help@bevlairmont.com and we will make it right — whether through repair, replacement, or store credit.
Please note that this warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling
- Accidental damage such as scratches, bending, or breakage
- Loss of stones or parts caused by external impact
- Normal tarnishing resulting from exposure to chemicals, perfume, or water
Important Notes
- Items sent back without prior written approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
- Vlairmont reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
- This policy applies to all orders placed through our official website.
